Our Mission Statement Target Assets believes in helping every individual to obtain “The American Dream,” and create financial independence through Real Estate. OVERVIEW Target Assets specializes in defining opportunity for buyers, sellers and investors in Southern California Real Estate. Target works with the first time buyer, as well as the first time real estate investor. Whether a client is a seasoned professional looking to add to their Real Estate Portfolio or a Seller looking to diversify, Target Assets will assist and guide in this process with select residential and commercial units.

STRATEGY Though no one can predict the future, Target Assets realized early on that the Real Estate Market across the USA was very similar to the Dot Com Bubble in the early 1990s. Initially, the partners at Target realized the Real Estate Market was in the same frenzy, and in 2005 sold most of their own portfolio to hold positions with land outside of the country. We have employed this entrepreneurial investment strategy to help reposition our clients to take advantage of the current market. Just recently most Americans looking to retire with their stock market portfolio realized this was not possible. The theory of “Buy Low & Sell High,” is what we are providing our clients with California Real Estate which is tangible and still worth more than the paper of most stock certificates. Our clients both young and old can benefit from a single home purchase or look to create a better way of life with real estate that cash flow each month. Our strategy is designed to consistently achieve attractive returns with future equity or maximizing value through rent cash flow in single family and multi-units.
